Awakening the Light Within
There are moments when we realize we've lost our light - these times can both break us and break us open. My own spiritual journey back to myself was birthed in a pit of absolute darkness: years of living with an eating disorder, addiction, the devastating loss of my mother and sister, and the weight of childhood and adult trauma that one by one, shrouded my light. I’ve walked through the dark night of the soul, through grief, fear, and the parts of myself I once treated as unlovable.
And I didn’t just survive it — I transformed through it.
Through my healing journey, I've discovered practices, tools, and inner pathways that changed me from the inside out. I learned how to reclaim my voice, my intuition, my worth, and my connection to something larger than pain. I learned how to return to my own light — not the light that pretends everything is fine, but the light that is forged in truth, courage, and profound self‑love.
This offering was born from that transformation.
